Wallet

Wallet is the financial ledger of smollOS.

It gives your clinic a clear view of the money moving through the platform — what came in, where it came from, what has been paid, and what is still outstanding.

Revenue at a glance

The Wallet gives you a simple overview of your clinic’s revenue over time.

Choose a period:

  • This week

  • This month

  • This year

  • Custom range

See total revenue for the selected period and how it breaks down across the different ways your clinic makes money.

Revenue by source

smollOS automatically categorises revenue based on where the payment came from.

For example:

  • Consultations

  • Home visits

  • Telemedicine

  • Shop

  • Treatments

  • Surgery

  • Wellness

  • Other services

This makes it easy to understand not just how much your clinic is earning, but where the revenue is coming from.

Payments & transactions

Every payment processed through smollOS is recorded in the Wallet.

This can include payments connected to:

  • Invoices

  • Cases

  • Appointments

  • Shop orders

  • Payment links

  • Partial payments

  • Installments

  • Other clinic transactions

Each transaction shows the relevant payment information, including the amount, source, date, and payment status.

Installments

When a case or invoice is paid in installments, Wallet keeps track of the full amount and each payment against it.

You can see:

  • Total amount

  • Amount paid

  • Remaining balance

  • Payment dates

  • Installment status

This keeps outstanding balances visible without having to manually reconcile payments across different parts of the system.

Invoices

Invoices generated through smollOS are reflected in Wallet so your financial activity stays connected to the work that created it.

From a transaction, you can trace the payment back to its related invoice, case, appointment, or order.

Follow the money

Wallet connects the financial side of the clinic to the rest of smollOS.

A consultation becomes a case.
A case generates charges.
Charges become an invoice.
The invoice gets paid.
The payment appears in Wallet.

The result is a single financial view of everything happening across your clinic.
