Each service includes the information your team needs to use and manage it across smollOS.

You can see:

Services can be associated with dogs, cats, or multiple species.

You can use categories to quickly find and manage specific types of services.

Add a service

Adding a service is simple.

Select Add Service and enter the relevant information:

• Service name

• Description

• Cost

• Category

• Vet

• Species

You can set a service for a specific species, such as dogs or cats, or make it available for both.

Available for home visits

Some services don't need to happen inside the clinic.

If a service can be provided at a pet family's home, simply enable Available for Home Visit.

That's it.

The service can then be offered through smollPage, allowing pet families to discover and request it as a home visit.

There is no separate service catalogue to build.

For example, a clinic could make services such as:

When a service is enabled for the relevant public experience, smollOS uses the information already stored in the service record.

The service name, description, price, category, and other relevant information can be displayed to pet families without the clinic having to enter it again.

This keeps the clinic's service catalogue and public offering connected.
