The home screen is your starting point in smollOS.

It gives your clinic a quick view of what's happening and provides fast access to the parts of the platform your team uses most.

The home screen is made up of four main areas:

• Quick Access

• Sidebar

• Global Search

• Clinic Feed

Quick Access

At the centre of the home screen are four customizable blocks.

Each block can be assigned to a different page or feature in smollOS, giving your team one-click access to the areas they use most.

For example, you might set your blocks to:

Appointments · Cases · Clients · Invoices

Or configure them around the way your clinic works.

These blocks are designed to reduce navigation and keep frequently used tools within reach.

Customize your Quick Access

You can change the page assigned to each block at any time.

Select the block you want to change and choose the page or feature you'd like to access from it.

Sidebar

The sidebar is the main navigation for smollOS.

Unlike the Quick Access blocks, the sidebar is fixed and not customizable. It provides consistent access to the platform's core features and tasks.

From here, your team can navigate between the different areas of the clinic's workspace without needing to return to the home screen.

The sidebar stays available throughout smollOS, so your main tools are always one click away.

Global Search

At the top of the screen is the global search bar.

It lets you search across your clinic's smollOS workspace from one place.

You can search for things like:

• Clients

• Pet owners

• Pets

• Cases

• Appointments

• Services

• Inventory

• Invoices

• Payments

• Other clinic records

Instead of navigating through different sections to find something, simply search for it.

Search everything

Global Search is designed to work across the platform, so you don't need to know exactly where something lives before you look for it.

Type what you're looking for. smollOS finds it.

Clinic Feed

On the right side of the home screen is the Clinic Feed.

The feed gives your team a quick view of what's happening around appointments and the clinic schedule.

It focuses on what's relevant today and tomorrow, helping the team see what's coming up without having to open the full appointment view.

You can use the Clinic Feed to quickly see:

• Today's appointments

• Upcoming appointments

• Tomorrow's appointments

• Appointment-related activity and information

The Clinic Feed is designed to give your team a quick sense of what's happening around the clinic before they move into the details.
